Conditions

1 Who Can Play

Before you can register an account and play on CLUBPHP, you must meet all of the eligibility conditions set out below, including being at least 21 years old. CLUBPHP takes these requirements seriously and enforces them the same way for every account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time you register for a CLUBPHP account.
• Only residents of jurisdictions where online betting is legally allowed may register on CLUBPHP.
• Current CLUBPHP employees, contractors, and immediate family members of CLUBPHP employees are not eligible to open an account.
• If you have previously been excluded or banned by CLUBPHP for any reason, you are not allowed to register again.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
• All information you provide during the CLUBPHP registration process must be accurate and truthful.

CLUBPHP may ask any player to submit identity verification documents at any stage. Acceptable documents include a national ID, passport, or another valid government-issued ID. If you do not provide the requested documents within a reasonable period, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed. Age verification is strictly required on CLUBPHP. No player below 21 years old will be allowed to keep an active account or place any bets. This measure helps protect players and supports responsible gaming.

2 Account Rules

You are only allowed to maintain one CLUBPHP account. Your account is personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. You are fully responsible for every bet, transaction, and other activity that happens under your CLUBPHP account.

• During CLUBPHP registration, always provide a valid email address and correct personal information.
• You are responsible for protecting your CLUBPHP login credentials and keeping them confidential at all times.
• If you notice anything unusual or suspect that someone else has accessed your CLUBPHP account without permission, contact CLUBPHP support right away.
• Your CLUBPHP account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or assigning it to another person is not allowed under any circumstances.
• Make sure your account details are always current. If your information is outdated, it could slow down withdrawals or account verification.
• You are not allowed to create multiple CLUBPHP accounts, even if you use different names or payment methods. Doing so is strictly prohibited and will lead to closure of all related accounts.

CLUBPHP uses a mix of automated tools and manual checks to spot duplicate accounts or suspicious sign-up patterns. When a duplicate account is found, CLUBPHP will close all linked accounts. Any bonus credits on those accounts will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned to the original payment method after verification, at CLUBPHP's discretion.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on CLUBPHP are processed in Philippine pesos (\u20b1). Only the payment methods shown on the deposit and withdrawal pages are currently accepted; no other methods are available. The rules below apply to all financial transactions on CLUBPHP.

• Once your payment is confirmed, your deposit will be credited to your CLUBPHP account immediately.
• The minimum deposit amount for CLUBPHP is shown on the deposit page. This amount may be adjusted from time to time, so always check the current figure before depositing.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account that is registered under your own name. CLUBPHP does not allow third-party withdrawals.
• Before releasing a withdrawal, CLUBPHP may request additional verification, especially for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals on CLUBPHP are usually processed quickly, but delays can happen during peak periods or while verification is still pending.
• CLUBPHP does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile payment provider or e-wallet may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that were not used for betting may be withdrawn, provided you complete the standard verification procedures.
• CLUBPHP reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on CLUBPHP are subject to the rules below. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions. CLUBPHP may void any bet that does not comply with these rules.

• Only players with a verified CLUBPHP account and sufficient available balance may place bets.
• Once a bet is confirmed on CLUBPHP, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• CLUBPHP reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time without prior notice.
• If a technical error or system fault displays incorrect odds, CLUBPHP may void the affected bets and return the stakes to the players.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided by CLUBPHP.
• CLUBPHP only accepts wagers from individual players for personal entertainment. We do not take bets from anyone acting in a professional capacity or using automated betting systems, bots, or similar tools. All players must be at least 21 years old.
• For live in-play betting on CLUBPHP, your wager is settled using the odds available and accepted by the system at the time your bet is confirmed. Live odds can move quickly, so the price may change between the moment you submit your bet and the moment it is processed.
• CLUBPHP may suspend or close betting on any market at any time, including during live events, based on our own judgment. This can happen for technical, integrity, or operational reasons.

CLUBPHP takes the integrity of our betting markets seriously. If a player is found to be involved in match fixing, insider betting, or any other type of betting fraud, their account will be permanently closed and any related winnings will be voided. We also cooperate with relevant authorities when suspected betting fraud is reported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, CLUBPHP may offer bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus is governed by the specific terms attached to that promotion as well as our general bonus rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before you claim it, and we encourage responsible play for players aged 21 and above.

• Any bonus funds added to your CLUBPHP account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before you can request a withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms published on CLUBPHP. Always check the specific promotion page for the current conditions.
• Bonuses from CLUBPHP are intended for personal recreational play only. We do not allow systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers, and any such activity may be treated as a breach of our rules.
• CLUBPHP reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• If you are found to be abusing bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, CLUBPHP may forfeit your bonuses and review your account.
• Bonus credits tied to one CLUBPHP account may not be moved to another account. They also cannot be converted to cash unless the promo's wagering requirements have been met.
• CLUBPHP can assign different contribution rates to each game when it comes to clearing wagering requirements. This means some games on the platform may count less toward the playthrough, so not every title helps you complete a bonus at the same rate.

6 Responsible Gaming

CLUBPHP is dedicated to responsible gaming and expects betting to remain a fun form of entertainment for players aged 21 and above. If playing stops feeling enjoyable and begins to create money problems or personal stress, CLUBPHP offers account tools that can help you manage or limit your activity on the platform.

• You can set a deposit limit on your CLUBPHP account to help keep your spending within a comfortable range over a selected time period.
• CLUBPHP also provides session time reminders that notify you after you have been playing for a specific length of time.
• At any time, you may contact CLUBPHP support to request a temporary cooling-off break or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.
• Once you self-exclude, CLUBPHP will stop sending promotional messages or marketing communications to your account.
• If you have self-excluded from CLUBPHP, you must not try to register a new account or find ways around the exclusion. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed by CLUBPHP.

7 Account Closure

At its discretion, CLUBPHP may suspend or permanently close a player account with or without advance notice if it determines that the player has violated the platform's terms and conditions or behaved in a way that damages CLUBPHP or other players.

• Any account may be shut down if the player gave false details during registration, such as an incorrect age or fake identity information.
• If CLUBPHP suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform, the account may be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
• Duplicate account registrations will be closed immediately and without prior notice.
• CLUBPHP can terminate an account when a player is found to be using the platform from a location where online betting is prohibited.
• A player can request the closure of their own CLUBPHP account at any time by contacting support.

When an account is closed, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification and provided the player has not broken these terms. If a violation is found, bonus balances and winnings that came only from bonus funds may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

The CLUBPHP platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. While CLUBPHP makes every effort to keep the platform available and working correctly, it cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or that the platform will never have errors.

• CLUBPHP is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, system outages, or interruptions that are beyond its reasonable control.
• CLUBPHP is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• CLUBPHP will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses you may experience while using the platform.
• For any claim related to platform use, CLUBPHP's maximum total liability to a player will not exceed the total deposits that player made within the 12 months prior to the claim.

9 Privacy

CLUBPHP handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. When you sign up for an account, you agree to let CLUBPHP collect and use your personal details as set out in that policy. CLUBPHP does not sell your information or pass it to outside parties for marketing purposes.

The personal details you submit are used by CLUBPHP to confirm your identity, complete transactions, give you customer support, and meet legal requirements. 10 Governing Law

These platform terms and any disputes connected to your use of CLUBPHP are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CLUBPHP operates. When you use CLUBPHP, you agree that any disagreement related to these terms will be settled exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

If a court decides that any part of these terms is invalid or cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms will still apply. CLUBPHP's decision not to enforce a particular right or condition at any time does not mean it gives up that right or condition later.
